October 2026

When Strenght Chooses Silence

October arrives with a subtle invitation: slow down, listen, and find your right measure.

It is a month that asks us not to constantly try to prove who we are, how much we are worth, or how much we can accomplish. Instead, it invites us to turn inward once again — and, truthfully, this is a theme that has been accompanying us throughout the year.

To return within ourselves, to recognize our own worth without needing others to confirm it. The energy of this month invites us to let our actions, our presence, and the person we have become speak for us.

Because there is a kind of strength that does not need to impose itself.

It is the strength of someone who knows their own center, who does not need to stand above others, but does not place themselves beneath them either. Someone who has learned that being humble does not mean making yourself small.

It means being exactly in your own measure.

October guides us precisely here, toward a form of awareness that is quieter, more grounded, more authentic.

But beneath this apparent stillness, something deeper is taking shape.

Because when we stop needing to prove ourselves, we begin to see.

And when we begin to see, we may realize how many things we are still carrying simply because we are afraid to let them go.

What things?

Old beliefs, roles that no longer belong to us, relationships that have fulfilled their purpose, habits that continue to take up space, the need for approval, images of ourselves that we have built over time and that perhaps no longer represent who we truly are.

And this is where the energy of the month becomes more intense.

Not everything that is falling apart needs to be saved.

Some things are simply crumbling because they have completed their purpose.

October may therefore bring us face to face with an important question:

What am I trying to keep standing, even though deep inside I know it is no longer alive?

For some, this process may not be obvious.

It may manifest as a growing intolerance toward things we once accepted, as a desire to simplify, as a need for more silence, or as the feeling that certain people, situations, or dynamics no longer have the same place in our lives.

It is not always necessary to act immediately.

Sometimes transformation begins simply by recognizing what no longer belongs to us.

Letting something fall does not mean losing it.

It means making space.

And when something falls away, what has been hidden beneath it can finally emerge.

October does not ask you to become someone else.

It asks you to remove, layer by layer, everything you have worn in order to be accepted, recognized, protected, or worthy of other people’s expectations.

Until what remains is something very simple, yet incredibly precious:

YOU.

The part of you that does not need to be proven, that does not need to compete, that does not need to hold on to what is leaving.

Because what is truly rooted within you does not need to be held in place by force.

October is therefore a month of measure and shedding.

First, it teaches you to recognize your own worth.

Then, it asks you to let go of everything — and everyone — that prevents you from living it.

True transformation will not happen when you add something else to your life.

It will happen when you have the courage to remove what you are no longer.

Let it fall.

Let it dissolve.

Let what is no longer needed return to the earth.

Because in the silence that remains, what is authentic can finally breathe.

October does not ask you to shine brighter: it asks you to remove what is covering your light.

May your transformation be a beautiful one.
