September 2026
There are moments when life does not ask us to do more, but to feel more.
To feel what attracts us, what moves us, what touches us, and even what challenges us. To feel the people we meet, the situations we move through, the words that arrive precisely when we needed them.
Because every encounter can leave something within us: sometimes it is obvious, sometimes almost imperceptible.
A presence can change the way we see something, a word can open a door, an experience can bring to the surface a part of ourselves that we had stopped listening to.
The energy of this month invites us to observe this movement.
What inspires us?
And, above all: What do we choose to inspire in others?
The most authentic inspiration does not come from control, from the need to convince, or from the desire to obtain a response. It comes from resonance.
Like one note causing another to vibrate, without forcing it.
When we are centred, present and authentic, we can inspire what surrounds us simply through who we are, through our words, our choices, and our presence.
But in order to choose what we want to transmit, we must first learn to recognise what enters into us.
Not everything that touches us belongs to us.
Not everything that attracts us needs to be followed.
Not everything that resonates within us necessarily needs to remain part of our journey.
And this is precisely where the energy of the month changes direction.
From Resonance to Choice
When we become aware of what resonates within us, we can begin to discern.
We can ask ourselves:
- Does this nourish me or drain me?
- Does it bring me closer to who I am, or take me further away from myself?
- Does this energy still deserve my time, my attention, my presence?
Sometimes the answer asks us to let go.
And this is where the second part of the journey begins — not to take something away from us, but to give us back space.
Life sometimes invites us to diminish, to reduce the noise, to allow what has become unnecessary to fall away, to stop feeding situations, thoughts, expectations or roles that continue to consume our energy without having any real meaning for us anymore.
It may look like a loss, but it is not always one.
Like a tree being pruned, we too may go through moments when something is removed so that our energy can become more focused.
Not everything we let go of impoverishes us.
Some renunciations are the way we return to breathing freely.
Some endings create space.
Some separations return us to ourselves.
And perhaps this is the most important passage of the month: learning to see the beauty even in what changes.
The Beauty of Every Passage
We are often accustomed to recognising beauty in beginnings:
a new project, a new encounter, a new possibility.
It is much harder to recognise it in an ending.
And yet, even an ending has its own beauty.
There is beauty in letting go of something we once loved.
There is beauty in changing our minds.
There is beauty in recognising that a path is no longer ours.
There is beauty in the empty space that remains after removing what no longer represents us.
Because emptiness is not necessarily absence.
It can be space for something we do not yet know.
This month invites us, therefore, not to judge too quickly what happens.
Sometimes what appears to be taking something away from us is simply bringing our energy back towards what truly matters: what we choose to nourish and what we choose to transmit.
The journey then becomes much deeper.
It is not only about asking ourselves:
“What do I allow myself to be touched by?”
But:
“What do I choose to inspire in others?”
Because we too can be inspiration. We are, every day: in the way we look at someone, in the way we listen, in the way we speak, in the way we choose, in the way we move through difficulties.
We can leave behind us heaviness or lightness,
fear or trust,
control or freedom.
We can try to impose our presence, or we can allow our authenticity to become a presence capable of creating resonance.
And perhaps true strength lies precisely here:
- inspiring without forcing,
- letting go without becoming diminished,
- changing without losing ourselves.
The Passage Towards What Is Essential
This is the movement the energy of the month invites us to embrace:
feel → recognise → discern → let go → return to what is essential.
First, we allow ourselves to be touched by life. Then we observe what that resonance awakens within us. Finally, we choose.
We choose what to nourish.
We choose what to let go of.
We choose what we want to carry with us.
We choose what energy we want to leave in the world.
And, as we create space, we may realise that perhaps we did not need to become something new.
Perhaps we needed to remove what was preventing us from recognising who we already are.
True transformation is not always about adding.
Sometimes it is about subtracting.
Sometimes it is about becoming silent.
Sometimes it is about letting go.
Sometimes it is simply about stopping long enough to see the beauty of what is happening.
Because every passage, even one we did not choose, may have something to show us.
This is the question to carry with us throughout the month:
“What do I choose to inspire in others, and what am I ready to let go of so that what is truly essential to me can emerge?”
Let yourself be touched by life.
Let yourself be inspired by what resonates.
Choose what you want to nourish.
Let go of what has completed its journey.
And, above all, do not be in a hurry to get to the other side.
Because beauty is not found only in the destination.
Beauty is in the journey.
Wishing you a beautiful September.
